DesigntoSell offers a number of services.  We will create a tailored package to suit your property, whether you are selling your property or looking for assistance with your interior decorating needs. We will work with your requirements and within your specified budget and time frame.

Presale Property Consultation

An in house or online presale consultation to advise you on the changes that need to be made, room by room, to your property with the goal of optimising sales price and reducing the sales time.

We will make an appointment with you to go through your property, and consult with you about presenting your property at its absolute best. Alternatively we are happy to provide the presale consultation via video call.

A presale consultation starts at $150 for a 1 hour consultation allowing the property owner to take notes or $250 for a 1 hour consultation with the addition of a detailed report which will be emailed to you. If longer term furniture hire occurs within 12 months of the presale consultation, the hire cost will be reduced by the price of the presale consultation subject to a minimum hire cost of $2000. DesigntoSell also offers a 90 minute one off design consult valued at $215 for DesigntoStay clients, our Interior Decorating service. If you’re restyling a particular room in your home or looking to source furniture and decor from scratch but are experiencing mindblock or simply suffering from design idea overload, then this is the service for you. DesigntoSell will point you in the right direction with tips on design concepts, furniture layouts and how to source what you are looking for.

Design Brief for Property Staging in NSW

Integrated and Partial Staging/Styling to Shoot

Integrated Staging uses items that you already have but allows the Property Stylist to rearrange these items and then freshen up your home with additional furniture, decor, artwork and soft furnishings. It allows the stylist to showcase each rooms key purpose  whilst also making them visually appealing .

Partial Staging of vacant properties allows the client to choose only a number of key rooms to be staged for the sales campaign.

Cost of these packages depends upon the size and overall condition of your property, location, the style of the property, the number of rooms chosen for staging, any access issues and the time necessary for installation . Minimum hire term is 4 weeks.

If a shorter hire term is needed, Styling to Shoot is another service on offer.  This is suited to lived in properties that need to shine for their photoshoot prior to listing. Hire is for 1 day where decor, soft furnishings, smaller items of furniture and artwork are used to enhance each room and make them picture perfect.

Full Staging of Vacant Properties & DesigntoStay

DesigntoSell will carry out a full staging package with exquisite on trend designer furniture and decor, creating the dream home buyers are looking for. Again, a number of factors will determine how this package is structured including the type, size and overall condition of your property, location, the amount of rooms to be staged, furniture and accessory rental required, access issues and the time necessary for installation and staging. Our Process

  • Call DesigntoSell Property Styling & Staging to book in your free initial consultation.
  • We will then personally view your property to assess your styling needs. Alternatively an assessment can be made by emailing us your floor plans and photos or through a video call. If styling/staging is required your quote will then be emailed to you.
  • Once the quote is accepted and an installation date is booked in, the DesigntoSell Terms & Conditions of Engagement will be emailed to you for signing.
  • Payment is made two business days before the installation.
  • Installation occurs and a dream property is created!
  • Your property sells for maximum price in record time!
  • Once settlement occurs a pack up date is organised.
